Living in an apartment by yourself or with friends is one of the best parts about being in college. It’s not as cramped as the dorm or living at home with your parents. You get freedom and can have your own bedroom and bathroom — or your own apartment entirely. Plus, you also get community amenities as if you are living on campus (without the crazy tack-on for tuition) that you don’t get if you live in a house.
Not to mention, we are a pet-friendly complex! Bring your furry friends with you when you move in.
Living at Gateway Place Apartments is even better for college students than other apartment complexes in Greeley because of its proximity to restaurants (like Fuzzy’s), shops, highways, and — of course — school.
Whether you’re a student at UNC, Aims, or another local school, we’re here to convince you that the Gateway Place Apartments are the right place to become your next home. You’ll see why!
Luxurious Space at Affordable Prices
We have three different floorplans to meet everybody’s wish list. There is one 1-bedroom layout and two 2-bedroom layouts. This interactive guide of our floorplans lets you add furniture and move it around the apartment — all from your computer. So you can see right away if your lifestyle will fit well within a specific layout.
Check out the 1-bedroom layout, The Thompson, and the 2-bedroom layouts, The Colorado and The Poudre.
Play around with the layouts on our Floorplans page.
Many of the apartments have gone through renovations lately, meaning all new appliances, flooring, and paint inside the unit, bringing a comfortable feeling right away when you walk into the space.
Check out these amenities:
- Cozy Wood-Burning Fireplaces with Brick Hearths
- 3rd-Floor Apartments Feature Vaulted Ceilings (in most) & Skylights
- Pre-Wired for Phone, Cable, & High-Speed Internet
- Spacious Walk-In Closets
- Gas Forced Air Heat & Central Air Conditioning
- Private Balconies & Patios with Storage
- Parking Garages with Automatic Door Openers (extra $$)
- Vertical Blinds
- Short-Term Lease Options
- 24-Hour Emergency Maintenance
Some of these might seem obvious, but trust me, you’ll appreciate that you have blinds included when you’re practicing your interpretive dance before it’s ready for the public.
Welcome to the Gateway Place Community
Enjoy the Grounds
With eight acres of lush landscaping, the grounds provide a beautiful foundation for your new home community. With picnic and BBQ areas spread throughout the complex, you have plenty of room to get out of your own apartment without having to travel too far.
In addition to the small picnic and BBQ areas, there is a grill station on the paver patio for larger gatherings. Right next to the swimming pool and hot tub, this makes it a hot spot to spend your free time during any time of the year.
If you’re done at the pool but still want to hang out outside, you can hike to the nearby parks & trails or play at the outdoor tennis, basketball, and sand volleyball courts. The Gateway Place complex even has its own extra-large private dog park and a children’s play area if those are your thing.
Riding the bus to and from class is a great way to save money during college. The complex is steps away from GET bus routes.
The grounds are a-plenty, but there’s much more to explore inside too.
Included Access to the Fitness Center
The 24-hour hi-tech fitness center has free weights, machines, and cardio equipment too. As a resident, you can work out any time, any day.
In addition to the fitness center, we also have a cedar sauna and a tanning bed available for all residents without any extra cost.
We really enjoy when residents hang out in the club house. That’s why we have a beautiful open layout with a full kitchen and other things to do. You can play pool or foosball, or relax in front of the tv and put on a good movie. We even have a free DVD video library!
A Staff Working for You
Last but not least, you can rely on the Gateway Place staff to be fully at your service. We are courteous and happy to help!
The apartment and community features are essential to making the difference between a place to live and your next home. Yet, when it gets down to the brass tax, it’s important to know the details about moving into a new place before you sign the lease. So grab a snack, and let’s get to it.
At Gateway Place Apartments the water, sewer, trash and washer/dryer are already included in your monthly rent. Prior to move-in, all residents are required to have the gas (Atmos) and electric (Xcel) utilities placed into your name. You’ll pay for gas and electricity directly.
You are also free to sign up for any additional phone, cable or internet service of your choice. The units are ready for it; you just need to activate it.
There is an application to complete prior to signing a lease at Gateway. We want it to be a great relationship for both of us, so the application helps us get to know you better.
You can request an application by filling out the form on our contact page. Let us know your info (we won’t share it with anyone), which apartment size you’re looking for, and your ideal move-in date. Plus, you can also shoot us any questions or comments there too.
Our team will reach out with more details about completing the application. There is a fee of $26 for every adult applying to live in the apartment. Good thing you’re in college — that math will be easy for you to crank out… or to at least know you’re smart enough that it might be faster to just get out the calculator and move on!
Call us or fill out our contact form to see our most current rent prices for the unit you want. Then, if you want to add on some extras, let us know!
We have garages for $100 extra each month and additional rent for furry friends. Ask your dogs or cats to pick up a side hustle. They have their own rent. Can your dog walk other dogs? Maybe your cat can get into espionage with their sneakiness?
There is a non-refundable fee of $225 for the first dog and an additional $100 for a second dog. Cats come with a non-refundable fee of $150 for the first cat and an additional $50 for the second cat.
From there, monthly pet rent is $30 for the first and only $15 for the second pet.
Please note that there are restrictions on “Aggressive Breeds” (e.g., Pit Bull, Rottweiler, Doberman, Akita, Chow-chow, Dalmatians, Staffordshire Terrier, etc. or mixes of.)
Phew! We made it through all the info that’s good to know but still a little boring.
Plus, One More Fun Thing
It’s just not like us to leave you with the boring details and say goodbye. So here’s one more bonus about living at Gateway Place Apartments in Greeley…
We have a tiki bar! It’s one of the things that’s most unique about our apartment complex. It’s right by the pool and free for you to use whenever you want.
